Virgo has grown to become one of the world’s largest and most progressive global ball valve manufacturers. Shell Global Solutions approval, along with 50 other major end user approvals underlines the pedigree of the manufacturing facility – including Aramco and Chevron. Virgo represent a new type of valve manufacturing business, a business that is focused on providing unmatched customer service alongside excellent product quality and reliable delivery.    

As testament to Virgo’s commitment to be a leader in ball valve production, Virgo manufacturing locations are state of the art, purpose built factories including a dedicated metal seating plant with its own metal seating facility. Unlike many other major ball valve manufacturers, Virgo does not outsource production to anywhere else, this provides total control over quality, production and delivery.  

Through experience, Virgo have amassed exceptional engineering capabilities that can support complex customer projects, and the on-going partnership between PJV UK and Virgo India provides clients with strong leverage with the factory, ensuring customer project needs are understood, prioritized and delivered. This has been advanced by the expansion of manufacturing facilities in Europe that can undertake the production and delivery of large specialist valves for complex customer projects.  

As a result of our exclusive agency agreement, PJ Valves and Virgo have developed an integrated working approach, with Virgo UK staff working from PJV offices and regular interchange with the factories. PJ Valves contract managers are on hand to work with customers and their projects, and maintain a high level of support to both client and manufacturer. We are perfectly placed to provide on the spot support in case of any project changes, affording the flexibility to make alterations to orders without damaging overall delivery.
