Cryogenic Services

PJ Valves offers a complete range of valves suitable for cryogenic applications down to -196°C. Our designs fully comply with the requirements of Shell 77/306 and BS 6364, and have standard single piece stem extensions to reduce the number of possible leak paths and provide sufficient vapour space.

High Temperature Applications
(e.g. Hot Oil and Steam)
PJ Valves are able to offer a complete range of valves, including metal seated ball valves, suitable for high temperature applications in a large variety of materials such as CF8M, Chrome Moly, Inconel and Titanium which are most commonly used in service temperatures up to 788°C (1,450°F).

Sand and Abrasive Services
(e.g. Desanding processes and Produced Water Treatment)
PJ Valves offer special valves suitable for severe services where sand or other abrasive solids would normally damage valve internals. Metal seated ball valves can be used in these applications, however we are also able to supply non-contact rising stem metal seated ball valves with friction free operation and zero leakage, as is often preferred in this type of service.

Seawater Services

PJ Valves offer the complete range of valves in materials that are corrosion resistant to seawater applications, including valves manufactured in Aluminium Bronze and Super Duplex.

Extreme Sour Applications
(e.g. Service with lethal H2S content)
PJ Valves can offer valves in materials resistant to sulfide stress cracking, fully in compliance with NACE MR-0175 or NACE MR-0103, including high alloys suitable for hydrogen or extreme sour services with lethal H2S content.

High Pressure Applications

PJ Valves specialise in valves for applications with high pressures in excess of 150 bar(g), up to pressure ratings ASME 4500lbs and API 10000psi.

Molecular Sieve
In addition to the above, PJ Valves has a valve solution for the most severe conditions such as fluctuating high temperature molecular sieve desorption or regeneration processes. Metal seated ball valves can be used in this applications, however, we are also able to supply non-contact rising stem metal seated ball valves.
